Ensure aircraft is shut-down and chocked before approaching.

Chock truck immediately after exiting cab.
PPE must be worn while performing all job duties.
Connect pit hose first, THEN bonding cable. Reverse process when disconnecting.
In tanker, bond first, then connect to aircraft. Reverse process when disconnecting.
NEVER obstruct or tie-off a deadman.
Complete proper documentation of fueling data upon end of fueling process.
NEVER back a fuel vehicle without a guide person.
Observe all ramp driving lanes and speed limits.

Truck wont pump? Is your emergency shutoff engaged?
Tanker: Is the truck properly engaged into pump mode?
Hydrant Truck: Are your sense lines connected correctly?
Wont Pump? Are your fuel valves or hose nozzles open?
Wont move? Are your hoses properly stowed/interlocks disengaged?
